Donato M

I’ve spent more than 30 years helping people improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life through fitness. Much of my work has been with beginners and seniors—often people who are simply looking for a safe, realistic way to get started or return to exercise.

Starting a fitness routine later in life can feel intimidating, especially when dealing with arthritis, joint replacements or injuries, spinal complications, osteoporosis, or muscle loss. My approach is to meet you where you are and build from there.

When you work with me, I’ll guide you through movement patterns and exercises that are appropriate for your individual body and goals. I believe that a strong body is the foundation of a healthy, active life. Building and maintaining muscle and bone density is especially important as we age, and resistance training is one of the most effective ways to support both.

Together, we’ll develop a realistic, sustainable training routine designed to make you stronger—not just for the gym, but for everyday life. The goal is greater strength, confidence, mobility, and independence, with fewer limitations on the activities you enjoy.

Flexibility with stability means having the strength and control to move through a healthy range of motion without compromising your joints' integrity. I specialize in resistance training designed to build muscle and support bone density while maintaining safe, functional movement.

ANDREW BUSARD

I’m passionate about helping people build stronger, healthier bodies and develop sustainable habits that support a healthier lifestyle. My approach goes beyond simply improving physical fitness—I focus on creating a consistent weekly routine that helps you feel and perform better in everyday life.

My training philosophy centers around functional movement patterns that translate directly to how we move and function day to day. Together, we’ll develop a personalized game plan to build strength, improve conditioning, enhance mobility, and better prepare your body to handle the inevitable aches, pains, and physical demands of life.

Most importantly, I believe training should be a fun, rewarding, and sustainable experience. My goal is to make fitness something you enjoy while providing you with the knowledge, structure, and tools to achieve lasting results.

Empowering women to move better, prevent injuries, and recover sustainably.

My approach combines breathwork, manual therapy, and targeted strength training to enhance your body’s natural alignment and function. We’ll focus on improving your gait, posture, and muscle activation—especially in the glutes, back, and core—so you can move confidently in everyday life.

Together, we’ll master the basics: learning proper positions, holding strength, and building resilience before adding intensity.

Whatever your intention may be, I will be there to support your journey toward stronger, more integrated movement.

I started my fitness journey while in college, aiming to stay active and focus on exercise form.

Since I was not on a team as a kid, I enjoyed finding like-minded people who valued pushing themselves. I was becoming both mentally and physically stronger.

My experience grew by serving as a membership specialist in various gyms and then continuing to complete my CPT certification.

My programs aim to maximize mobility and balance, incorporate functional and fun techniques, and reduce the risk of injury.

I want clients to feel comfortable and accomplished in the gym. Not only that, my goal for everyone is to practice healthy habits beyond the studio.

Being active is part of who I am, so I enjoy going on walks, biking, or trying new things. Traveling and experiencing other places is also very important to me.

When I’m not working, you might find me volunteering at a community event or coaching a kids' sports league.

I believe wellness should be accessible, attainable, and sustainable for everybody. My approach to yoga is rooted in helping people restore, reset, and reconnect—whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or recovering after a challenging workout.

With a background in group fitness classes and massage therapy, I bring a keen attention to detail, alignment, and the body's unique needs. I love helping people move with greater ease, build strength, and create balance between effort and recovery. Yoga isn't just about flexibility—it's an essential part of whole-body wellness that supports mobility, resilience, nervous system regulation, and longevity.

My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to care for your body from the inside out.

BRENDA ARRIAZA

I’m, a high-energy and supportive fitness coach focused on helping people move better and feel stronger. I have a specialization in corrective exercise, and I take a practical approach to training that prioritizes good movement, injury prevention, and steady progress.

I grew up playing competitive soccer, which shaped how I think about training: build strength, coordination, and consistency over time. That background still influences how I coach today, especially when it comes to functional movement and staying athletic.

I enjoy working with all levels, whether you’re just getting started, coming back from an injury, or looking to push your training further.

My goal is to create a positive, focused environment where you feel comfortable, challenged, and supported every step of the way.

CARLY KOCUR

I’m a Point Loma native and former college soccer player who has always loved movement, competition, and being part of a team.

After soccer, I found new ways to stay active and fell in love with strength training and running. I’ve experienced firsthand how movement supports not only physical health, but also the mental toughness and confidence that carry into every part of life.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Run Coach, and I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. Most of all, I love working with people and supporting them as they discover what they’re capable of.
